Microsoft has just released the updated PC Health Check application for all users. You can download it without having to be in Insiders.
In June, Microsoft has released a new tool called PC Health Check, which could check whether your computer is compatible with Windows 11 or not. Based on comments from Windows Insiders, Microsoft has pulled back the app for further improvements.
At the end of August, Microsoft has released a preview of PC Health Check, but only for Windows Insiders. The new version enhances the suitability of Windows 11 with more complete and enhanced fitness information. It also provides links to relevant support articles that include possible remedial steps.
Now, after collecting feedback from Insiders and additional updates to the new supported processors, Microsoft has re-launched the PC Health Check app for all users. You do not need to be an Insider to access it.
