Microsoft just released the updated application PC Health Check for all users. You can download it without having to be Insiders.
In June, Microsoft released a new tool called PC Health Check which could check whether your PC is suitable for Windows 11 or not. With base feedback from Windows Insiders, Microsoft pulled the app back for further improvements.
At the end of August, Microsoft has released an updated preview version of the PC Health Check app but only for Windows Insiders. The new version improves the feature control Windows 11 Eligibility Guide with more complete and improved eligibility information. It also offers links to related support articles that include possible recovery steps.
