Viber and the former Mossad commander celebrate the 11th anniversary of VOIP's messaging platform on the international stage.

On December 2, 2010, the famous song was released for the first time Viber messaging app for iPhone phones. It was a rival response to Skype from the former Mossad commander and co-founder of Viber, Talmon Marco (Talmon Marco).

For the story, Viber Media was founded in Tel Aviv, Israel in 2010 by Marco and Magazinnik, who are friends of the Israeli Defense Forces, where they were chief intelligence officers. Marco and Magazinnik are also co-founders of the iMesh P2P program.

The company was run from Israel, with much of its development outsourced to Belarus in order to keep costs down . It was registered in Cyprus apparently for tax reasons. Sani Maroli and Ofer Smocha soon joined the company.

On 13 February 2014, the Japanese company Rakuten announced that he had acquired Viber Media for 900 dollars and so it was renamed in Rakuten Viber.

In the last decade Viber has become synonymous with it , interactive and secure messaging that allows people to connect with whoever they want, wherever they are. After WhatsApp suicide Viber, like other messaging platforms, gained market share and went live.

Since then he has gone through many difficulties, he has accused of interception, for violations, but remains one of the most widely used platforms in the world with end-to-end encryption.
