South by Southwest, which started as a popular music festival, expects 33.000 participants at this year's SXSW Interactive conference. Fashion & Wearable Tech will have nearly 70 sessions and events, with speakers from start-ups such as Wanelo and Tinker Tailor, as well as chip makers from Intel Corp.
