For this case, a case file was filed against two nationals, administrators of that site
A tactical file was filed by the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate procedureagainst two citizens, aged 31 and 51, website administrators at Internet, through which illegal items falling within the prohibited provisions of the arms legislation were sold, namely tazers and pepper spray.
From the digital online survey, which took place in the context of privacy secrecy following a relevant Prosecution Order, the data of the two nationals as website administrators was identified.
During the investigations, carried out by a team of police officers of the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate, in the wider area of Heraklion, Crete, two (2) internal electronic hard drives were found and confiscated computer.
The file that has been filed against them will be submitted to the appropriate Prosecutor's Offices, while seized digital media will be sent to forensic laboratories for further consideration.
