Microsoft warns customers running the Enterprise and Education versions of Windows 10 in version 1703 to upgrade their systems immediately.
This version is also known as Creators Update.

Windows 10 1703 was released in early 2017, and as part of Microsoft's lifecycle policy, SKU Enterprise and Education continue to be extensively updated for businesses. Windows 10 version 1703 Home, Pro, Workstation and Core IoT reached the end of their life on October 8, toy 2018.
From October, however, Windows 10 version 1703 will no longer be supported by the company, and those who use it should upgrade as soon as possible.
Microsoft offers a total of 18 months of support for the Windows 10 spring release and 30 months of support for the Windows 10 release updates for the fall.
