As you can see in the image above, the Windows 10 installer states that the current version cannot maintain user files and settings.

Follow these steps:
- Open Settings> Update & Security> Windows Update.
- Click the "View Update History" button.
- Click "Uninstall Updates".
- Search for "KB4562830" update.
- Select the package and click on "Uninstall"
- Restart your system.
Then you can run the Media Creation Tool and you will be able to set the option that allows you to keep your files.
