Η Microsoft released Windows 10 ISOs today Insider Preview build 19043, as this is the version that is in the Beta channel.
The "preview" of Windows 10 version 21H1 is essentially a feature activation package that brings new features. But with the exception of the activation package, Windows 10 of version 21H1 is exactly the same bit as the previous versions of 20H2 and 2004.
In fact, every ring, Insider and production, is using the exact same build right now, which contains the latest Patch Tuesday update. The activation package somehow converts older versions to Windows 10 version 21H1.
As for what is really new in information, there is not much to say. Includes multimedia support for Windows Hello, so you can set a default IR camera. There are enhancements to the Windows Defender Application Guard and enhancements to the Windows Administrator Group Policy service.
As to why it is such a small update, Microsoft blamed COVID, saying that many of the developers are still working from home.
Anyway, if you want to do a clean install of Windows 10 in version 21H1, you can download ISO from here. New preview versions (build 20308) of Windows Server, Windows SDK, Windows WDK, and Windows EWDK are also available.
