Windows 21 version 1H10 will be a small one information and will be released in the first half of 2021, probably between May and June.
Just like the previous version 20H2 (October 2020 Update), the first Windows 10 update of the year will be small and will bring only a few modifications.
No major new features will be added in Windows 21 version 1H10 and it will only be released with improvements better safetyand “quality” like a new feature for Windows Hello and small tweaks for businesses.
As Microsoft seems has already started to try the new experience package for Windows 10 21H1. With the new experience-features package, Microsoft plans to bring new features to Windows 10 in addition to the "21H1" update.
Microsoft splits the basic features of Windows into smaller downloads, and you can download the experience package without having to install a huge feature update.
This could allow you to download small new features for File Explorer, Settings, etc. without having to wait for its update Sun Valley.
Today, Microsoft released the Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3030.0 to those running Windows 10 in version 21H1. This update brings improvements to the keyboard and will also improve the reliability of the handwriting input panel.
In the next update, File Explorer will be updated with built-in support tool screenshot so you can paste instant screenshots and File Explorer will automatically generate a name.
Last year, Microsoft said it had begun testing this new process and would initially include minor improvements. In the coming months, the Redmond company plans to make major changes through the experience packages.
This will of course be a remarkable change in the way Windows 10 is updated, and perhaps finally the company manages to reduce the chance of significant errors that we expect after each update.
