Windows Insiders registered on Windows Insider have already installed Windows 10 build 10130. From now on, you can install them all as Microsoft released the build's ISO.
Microsoft is accustomed to having the ISO files after internal testing of Windows Insider's both fast and slow ring.
The particular in this release is that this build (Windows 10 build 10130) is not yet available for slow ring users.
The change in the way the new operating system features the company reveals the speed of growth and, more generally, the company's pressure as we approach the release of RTM, expected by the end of June.
The final version of Windows 10 as mentioned above will be released on July 29 of 2015 and will be free for those who hold legal copies of Windows 7, 8 and 8.1.
