Microsoft was released today Windows 10 build 16188 for Insiders who are registered in the fast ring. The new build of Windows 10 for PC is the fourth build of the upcoming Redstone 3.

First of all, Microsoft Edge comes with new PDF readers.
Those who use Microsoft Edge as a PDF reader will also notice a table of contents for easier navigation with a new button appearing to the left of the PDF toolbar, but only if the document has the table of contents from the creator.
Additionally, Microsoft Edge will be protected with Windows Defender Application Guard, a feature the company announced last September. The feature will provide increased protection against malware and attacks.
The feature is not enabled by default, so you must first enable it from the activation menu (requiresmovement).
Microsoft is also improving the Settings app. So from this build there will be a new Ninjacat icon for Insiders.
Finally, the information experience will be much improved.
