Microsoft has released a new build of Windows 10 for the Insiders in Fast Ring (not for the Skip Ahead), as he appears to be putting the finishing touches on the upcoming version Fall Creators Update ahead of its September release.

The new version of Windows 10 is already available for download.
So those enrolled in the program Windows Insider who have set up their device on Fast Ring can download the update from the path: Settings > Update & security > Windows Update.
