The update is the improved version of Windows 10 build 18850 released for testers on 6 March, and has build number 18855.
Be careful if you are thinking of trying the new build because it comes from the 20H1 branch as it is the development of Windows 10 that will be released in the first half of next year.
Windows 10 is growing as a service, which means they have updates very regularly with new features. Microsoft has released so far six important updates: November Update, Anniversary Update, Creators Update, Creators Fall Update, April 2018 UpdateAnd October 2018 Update.
This build (Windows 10 build 18855) is for Windows Insiders who have chosen the Skip Ahead option. For now Microsoft has chosen but does not add any new features yet.
The main feature for this build is the fixes in a Windows application that we use almost daily. Notepad app automatically resets unsaved content when Windows restarts after installing updates. This of course is great, although we have to wait until 2020 to see it on our computers.

You can use it to run an executable file that you're not sure what it contains, or you can use it as a clean installation of Windows without any virtual machine.
Any software installed in Windows Sandbox only remains in the sandbox, and when you quit the application, all the files it contains are deleted.
