Windows 10 build 20180 new Start menu for everyone

Microsoft just released a new one for users enrolled in the Windows Insider program (Dev channel). The biggest change in this build is the availability of the new design in the Start menu.

  1. The truth is that light (?) Windows 10 makes older machines look like caterpillars. And I do not think these users can find the solution just in a better (visually only) update.
