So Microsoft thought to change it. A recent change that was first observed in the October After Updates application, Microsoft gives you the ability to use any color you want.
This feature we'll see it in the upcoming Windows 10 Creators Update, where Microsoft will bring back the color picker in Personalization – Colors.

In the screenshot above, you can see that Windows 10 Creators Update will have a default color option.

The changes brought by the Windows 10 Creators Update look very promising and add up possibilities in Windows 10 that should have been there from the start.
