Support for 1903 version of Windows 10 expires on December 8, 2020 for all supported versions. The 1903 version of Windows 10 was released as the first feature update with the name May 2019 Update.
So since it is the first version of feature updates of the year 2019, the support fee set at 18 months from the day of public release (May 21, 2019) for all releases.
So Home and Pro users have 18 months of support regardless of the new features update that is installed. This is not the case for Enterprise and Education, as they will continue to be supported for another 30 months for the second 2019 feature update.

CAB file installation: Right click and install or with its window command line. Cmd should open with administrator privileges. Then give the command:
DISM / Online / Add-Package / PackagePath: "/path / in / file / *"
The release of Windows 10 version 20H2 will be a lighter upcoming version that should not cause as many problems as Windows 10 version 2004 or Windows 10 version 1809.

Microsoft has changed its practice of distributing feature updates in recent years. Feature updates are now offered as optional updates that do not need to be installed automatically. The only exception to this rule applies to systems that are about to end support for the installed version of Windows 10.
