Microsoft has released its standard cumulative updates of Windows 10, which do not contain security fixes. This time the updates bring improvements not only for the latest build of Windows 10, but also for older versions of the operating system.
These cumulative updates update the Microsoft operating system from the Windows 10 April 2018 Update (version 1803) onwards.
Thus, Windows 10 October 2018 Update (version 1809) and May 2019 Update (version 1903) are not included in the cumulative updates made available by company.
Most likely, Windows 10 of 1809 and 1903 will receive new cumulative updates in the coming days and before the end of July.
What is important to know is that of the Windows 10 updates, only the April 2018 Update will support Home and Pro editions. Older versions will only have versions for businesses as part of the Long-Term Channel (LTSC) program.
Below are the versions of Windows 10 that will receive the cumulative updates that were released on July 16:

The above cumulative updates are already available from the Windows Update and the Microsoft Update Catalog. You can directly install updates from the path:
Settings> Update and Security> Windows Update> Check for updates.
