KB4586853: Microsoft has just released the latest optional update for Windows 10 version 20H2 and version 2004.
Windows 4586853 update KB10 is an optional update, which means two stuff: it won't install automatically and it doesn't come with a long list of fixes. 
If you don't care, you can skip the update and get these fixes next week as part of the mandatory Patch updates Tuesday.
To install the update, you must follow these steps:
- Open Settings – Update & Security – Windows Update
- Click on "View optional updates".
- Select the update you want and click on "Download and Install".
If you can not install the update from Windows Update, you can download it from Microsoft Update Catalog.
