KB5007253 will change the build number on all supported systems running Windows 10. If you have already updated to build 21H2 (November 2021 Update), you will have Windows 10 Build 19044.1382. On the other hand, if you are on May 2021 Update, the Build will become 19043.1382. Likewise, the 20H2 build will have Build 19043.1382.
The optional November 2021 update includes various bug fixes and improvements for Windows 10 version 2004 and all later versions. For example, Microsoft fixed one problem which causes unexpectedly problems performance when loading some fonts.
Another error of Windows 10 where letters or characters appear at the wrong angle has been fixed. This bug only affected certain Asian languages, such as Japanese and Chinese. Microsoft has also fixed some issues that were stopping Excel when exporting to PDF.
