Windows 11 23H2 Preview KB5064080 brings the build number to 22621.5840, and the individual fixes are rather minor. Copilot has improved the reliability of the “Copilot key”. The developers have updated the profiles for mobile carriers. The removable disk policy now correctly blocks USB sticks. Accessing shares via SMB no longer lags if you use Quick UDP Internet Connections (QUIC).
Microsoft says that KB5063842 will be the "final" preview update for Windows 10 version 22H2.
For publications
KB5063842 increases the build number to 19045.6282 and brings minor fixes as well as a new licensing feature that allows Windows 10 Keyless Commercial ESU users (except for a Windows 365 subscription) to block outbound network traffic. There are also updated mobile carrier profiles here as well.
Microsoft considers the availability of Windows Backup for Organizations to be particularly important.

Although the press releases will range from very select to rare, I said I'd pass...because sometimes the editors hide.
