This behavior is controlled by the appropriate option in the Operating Settings. Anyone who is interested and wants to download these images can do so by clicking the link at the end of the article.

If you have not yet tried auto-viewing images on your system lock screen (running on Window 10), you can do so by turning on the setting.

Open the Settings app.
Go to Personalization
Select Windows Spotlight in the drop down menu
