Microsoft: Free Windows 10 by January 16

Microsoft is finally allowing clients with assistive technologies to upgrade free of charge from Windows 7 and Windows 8,1 to Windows 10 by January 16, (not well sworn in).

The company planned to terminate the free upgrades on 31 December 2017, as it had planned to halt the free upgrades and one year after the official release of Windows 10. But earlier this week we announced that this method of installing the company's operating system is still available at no cost and without any formal announcement.Windows 10

Microsoft has reportedly once again modified the official one of the promo to state that the "upgrade to Windows 10 with assistive technologies offer ends on January 16, 2018" from the December 31 that it previously mentioned.

The strange thing is that Microsoft only updated the bid end date on the website, leaving the rest of the text as it was. The page still shows the Windows 10 Anniversary Update version, despite the fact that the company has already released two newer ones , namely the Creators Update and Fall Creators Update.

To reiterate that although the free upgrades available through this program are specifically aimed at people who use assistive technologies, the method can be used to upgrade by anyone with Windows 7 and 8.1 to Windows 10, as Microsoft does not perform any checks.

Naturally, this omission is pleasing to Microsoft's goal of installing the operating system on as many PCs as possible.
