Microsoft took a very hasty approach to the release of version 1809. you are right, but the vista was bad, not so much in the bugs, but in making an action. You had to click on 5 YES to allow it
Meanwhile, I did the update very early and really did not have any problem at all. Even on 2 different computers. Clearly, however, to overlook a step in development brings these results!
