Windows 10 October 2018 new build on Slow Ring

The new version (RTM Build 17763.1.rs5_release.180914-1434 plus the CumulativeUpdate KB4464455 that brings OS Build to 17763.104.rs5_release_svc_prod2.181013-1219 version) is available for pre-registered and registered subscribers.
