Yes, this is the Windows 10 October 2018 Update that was originally released on October 2, 2018, before Microsoft withdrew it.
For the brave, below are the new ones updates from the company's catalog update. However, before you rush, it would be good to wait for the first wave of updates. If something goes wrong Microsoft will find it and fix it (starting to get tedious, I know).
