It's the second Tuesday of the month, which means it's Patch Tuesday. So today Microsoft released the November 2024 monthly security updates to Windows Server 20H2 and Windows 10 for the supported editions, 20H2, 21H2 and 22H2.
New updates increase the build to 19044.5131 and 19045.5131.

According to Microsoft there are no known issues in this update, but don't be too sure.

It is worth mentioning that Windows 10 version 20H2 and 1909 are no longer supported by the company. Non-LTSC versions of 21H2 are also not supported.
