Microsoft has released a new build of Windows 10 Redstone 2. The Windows 10 Redstone 2 build 14955 comes with improvements for Insiders enrolled in the Fast Ring.
The new version updates the Mail application and does not bring remarkable new features.
It focuses more on bug fixes and bug fixes.

Create ISO:
Download the new ESD Windows 10
Download the ESD you are interested in from the Wzor links
Then download ESD Decrypter from the following link:
ESD Decrypter
Export the ESD Decrypter to any folder and place it archive ESD in the same folder.
Now right-click the decrypt.cmd file and run it as an administrator. 
When the blue window opens, type 1 and press enter to start ISO creation.
Sit back and wait until it's over procedure.
