Microsoft has just released a new preview release. Windows 10 Redstone build 14279 is available for Insiders registered with Fast Ring. The new build brings some new features, something new since all the previous builds, focused solely on improving performance and defining bugs.
Windows 10 Redstone build 14270 comes with Cortana in several languages (not including Greek), such as Spanish (Mexico), Portuguese (Brazil) and French (Canada). Your personal assistant has been optimized for each marketing country, so there will be some specific features depending on the country you are using.
"For example, in Brazil Cortana is a fan of pasteis, a delicacy eaten throughout Brazil." says Gabe Aul, head of the Windows program Insider of Microsoft.
In addition, Cortana's digital assistant has been improved to remember the things that are important to you. So with this version, it will remind you to read a book or wash the car.
Additionally, Windows 10 build 14279 is the first to allow the same background to be displayed for the screen lock and login screen.
Starting today, you'll be able to set a wallpaper that will also appear on two οθόνες. Στα μελλοντικά builds, τα Windows θα υποστηρίζουν Spotlight wallpapers. This means that Microsoft itself will be able to change the wallpaper for you on the lock screen as well as the login screen.
