The release of the April 2018 update for the Windows 10 δεν είναι τελικά τόσο απλή υπόθεση, όσο η Microsoft πίστευε ότι θα ήταν.
Η Microsoft αρχικά επιβεβαίωσε ότι "κάποιες" μονάδες SSD της Intel δεν ήταν συμβατές με τη new version of Windows 10 and on 8 May 2018 specified that the Intel SSD 600p Series and Intel SSD Pro 6000p Series devices were affected.
The Woody Leonhard reported yesterday that (some) Toshiba SSDs were not compatible. Specifically the SSD drives of the Toshiba XG4, XG5 and BG3 series. Microsoft confirmed in the official answers forum that problem this.
Microsoft's recommendation for owners of these devices is to go back to the previous version of Windows 10 and wait for the release of a problem-solving version that the company hopes to release in June.
