Microsoft today released the Windows 10 Insider Preview for Windows 10 Spring Creators Update Build 17133 to all Windows Insiders enrolled in Release Preview ring.
What does this mean;
The specific version is the likely build that will be used to create the RTM for the upcoming Spring Creators Update operating system.
Today, Microsoft has announced via its official Twitter account that they have already begun releasing the release to those on the Release Preview Channel.

To install this version, follow the path:
Settings - Update and Security - Windows Update and check for new updates using. For Release Preview to appear, you must set your system to receive updates from the Release Preview ring.
This is for those in a hurry because the official ISO of Build 17133 should be released soon.
This version includes the following bug fixes:
We fixed a problem affecting devices with BitLocker enabled with unexpected starts.
We fixed a problem that caused screen resolution difficulties when there were 4 or multiple screens connected.
We fixed a problem in the Microsoft Edge URL line
