Microsoft will soon try a new feature in Windows 10 that could permanently change the way you use your computer. It is one feature which you have already been using for years.
Meet Tabs, or as Microsoft calls them, 'Sets.'
The company isn't sure if the specific name fits the "new" feature, but the idea is to bring the tabs we know from the programs browsing in almost all of them applications of Windows.
Yes, we are talking about a grouping of different applications in a window, like the tabs we know from them browsers.

The new Sets feature could help you keep applications associated with a set of applications that have specific tasks, projects or ideas and not simply open windows that you need to constantly change.
In documents, for example, you could theoretically combine a PDF reader, a PowerPoint presentation and all notes in a tabbed window.
The tabs will obviously be more intuitive for the average user. Besides, tabbed organization is already ours already known, the way we browse the web and we use it in many Web applications.
Basically it's how Chrome OS works, but Microsoft seems to extend this idea to the desktop with applications.
