The 10 Windows Technical Preview is already available for anyone who wants to see what's new in this particular one version operating system, and thanks to new updates coming out on a monthly basis, more and more people are signing up for Insider program of Windows to test the new product.

Gabriel Aul, head of the development department of Windows 10 Technical Preview, said that the new operating system will have the feature upgrades directly, without needing a "clean" installation. So the RTM version will bring the option to allow those currently using the Technical Preview to upgrade immediately.

"Our intention is to ensure that you can upgrade from any build to the final version, without the need for a clean install," he said.
Microsoft also enables Windows 7 users to upgrade to Windows 10 Technical Preview and the option is likely to improve in the coming months to allow those running this particular operating system version to upgrade directly to Windows 10 Final.
