You can get them from the Visual Studio Subscription Center for Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2022.
Specifically, there are updated ISOs for Windows 11 versions 21H2, 22H2, Windows 10 versions 21H1, 21H2 and 22H2. For Windows Server 2022, there is version 21H2.
