Windows 10X is a special version of the Microsoft operating system designed for dual-screen computers. One of the new features that we can see in the operating system is the dynamic wallpapers.
During the Surface event at October 2 by 2019, Microsoft has introduced a series of new devices, with the names Surface Neo and Surface Duo.
The Surface Neo is Microsoft's foldable PC, which comes with a detachable keyboard. Windows 10X will run. and It will have two 9 ”screens that can be rotated 360 °.
The Surface Duo is another Microsoft company that will try to enter the smartphone market. The Surface Duo is a dual screen device with Android.

Windows 10X includes some developments in basic Windows technology that optimize it for flexible stand and mobile use. We needed to focus on battery life to be able to run not just one, but two screens. We wanted the operating system to be able to handle the battery life of a huge list of Windows applications, whether they were written in the last month or five years ago. And we wanted to give the performance and compatibility of the hardware that our customers expect from Windows 10.
Windows 10X will be able to run legacy Win32 applications in one container. Windows Containers isolate the software from the host file system. All file and registry changes required to run a Win32 application are packaged in a Container. We do not yet know if it will be Container technology for Desktop applications used by Windows Server or Hyper-V VM containers, but given that client OSes like Windows 10 only have Hyper-V containers, it is very likely.
Windows 10X may have dynamic wallpapers that will change content depending on different factors.
For example, Windows 10X will feature a wallpaper that shows a mountain at different times of the day, depending on the actual time of your device.
