Windows 11 24H2 day by day new problems

Windows 11 24H2 has had several issues that have been acknowledged by Microsoft. One of them includes the error of 8,63 GB, but there is also SFC /scannow which doesn't work. Microsoft is also reportedly aware of an issue that causes WD SSD/NVMe to crash with a BSOD, and now there's another bug in the Clipboard history feature not working.

Windows 2018 October 10 Update (1809) added the Clipboard History feature, which is one of the most used features in Windows. With Clipboard History, you can keep a history of what you've copied, including text and media files like .jpg and .png images, and then access them using the Win+V shortcut.

Windows 11's historic Clipboard implementation is even better because it combines the feature with other features like emojis and GIFs, but in Windows 11 24H2, things have gone wrong.

"With the latest Windows 11 updates, I have clipboard history enabled, but it doesn't show items in my history, it just says it's empty," reports one affected user on the Feedback Hub.

"I have a fresh install of Windows 11 24H2 in a virtual machine and clipboard history doesn't work there either," reports another user.

There are dozens of similar complaints on the Feedback Hub.

What's particularly interesting is that Windows Insiders pointed out the problem almost three months ago, when Windows 11 24H2 was in the final stages of testing.

It looks like Microsoft ignored the reports and released the update with Clipboard history not working.
