On July 23.07.21, 11, Microsoft released a new preview version of Windows 22000.100. Version XNUMX was released for Windows Insiders following the Dev Channel.
Today, the company began promoting preview versions of Windows 11 on the Insiders Beta channel.
"We are very excited to announce that we will be releasing Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22000.100 to the Beta channel for Windows Insiders," the company added in a blog post a week ago.
"As always, be sure to read the list of known issues [to find out if there is] something that could affect your computer experience."
To be clear, the build available today in the Beta channel is the same as what Insiders following the Dev channel got a week ago.
But from now on Windows 11 will be available for testing through two different channels of Windows Insider. So testers will have more options in new versions.
Those who follow the Dev channel will usually have a new version every week, while those on the Beta channel will see less frequent but much more stable versions.
Usually the new features of the operating system will be released initially on the Dev channel. Mentioning that we see new features in Dev Channel does not mean that we will see them later in the Beta channel. Some of them maybe, but not all.
If you have Windows 11 installed and decide to change channels, which we highly recommend, you can create an ISO file with the “new” version by reading this post.
George is still wondering what he is doing here….
