Microsoft has released a new version of Windows 11 to members of the Windows Insider program in the Beta channel. The company states:
Hello Windows Insiders, today we are releasing Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22621.2262 and Build 22631.2262 (KB5029339) to the Beta channel.
- Build 22631.2262 = With the new features.
- Build 22621.2262 = New features are disabled by default.
There are many new features and improvements in this version, such as a new home page in Settings, some improvements to the backup and restore functions of operating systems, and more.
For the new home page in settings it says:
Introducing a new home page in Settings that gives you a dynamic and personalized experience. It provides an overview of your device, quick access to key settings, and helps manage your Microsoft account.
We created interactive cards that represent various settings related to devices and accounts, grouped by common functions. Each card is optimized to give you the most relevant information and controls. In this version, you will see up to seven cards, with more coming soon.
