The formal procedure requires users to manually modify the registry. If you do not want to make registry changes yourself, you can use the new Rufus to perform an instant upgrade to Windows 11.

To get started, install Rufus 3.18, download it Windows ISO 11, and insert a USB into a port on your computer. 
Then select "Standard Windows 11 Installation (TPM 2.0 + Secure Boot)" if you have TPM on your computer or the second option on devices that do not have TPM.
