Apple Intelligence is still universally considered disappointing, but what I like about the company's approach is that it doesn't try to impose it. If you don't want it, you can turn everything off with a single button.
Unfortunately, that's not possible with Microsoft. While many features and experiences are optional, you can't get rid of everything, and AI-powered features often seem unnecessary or even unacceptable. Since Microsoft is unwilling to make its operating system less annoying in this regard, someone has taken matters into their own hands.
A new script published on GitHub promises to remove all AI elements from Windows 11 with a single click. All you have to do is run a command and then select everything you want to see disappear.
Of course, using apps requires you to back up your important data before proceeding.
The “Remove Windows AI” option can do the following:
- Disable Registry Keys
- Disable Copilot
- Disable Recall
- Disable Input Insights and typing data harvesting
- Copilot in Edge
- Image Creator in Paint

Manual AI Disablement
- Unfortunately, not all features and settings can be disabled via a script. This guide will show additional AI features to disable.
How to use it
Open Powershell (5.1) as Administrator and run the following command
& ([scriptblock]::Create((irm “https://raw.githubusercontent.com/zoicware/RemoveWindowsAI/main/RemoveWindowsAi.ps1”)))
Although the press releases will range from very select to rare, I said I'd pass...because sometimes the editors hide.

Sorry, where did you see the 1 (one) click?
Please be careful with the titles.
