Enough users of Windows 11 report slowing NVMe performance on various online forums in recent months. The problems seem to be very different, as different discs show different symptoms.
For example, some NVMe display reduced I / O speeds per second (IOPS) while others display reduced read / write speeds. The performance downgrades reported are based on comparisons with Windows 10.

Further testing of all Nvme drives using Microsoft drivers presents the same problem, but the Intel 905P that has its own driver provided by Intel fits the full specifications.
