The company just released it KB3112336, a new update specifically addressed to WindUws 7 and 8,1 users who wish to upgrade to the new Window 10 operating system.
The company once again, following the line it has adopted since launching Window 10, does not provide any detail explaining what the update sets out.
On the other hand, it recommends that everyone install it as soon as possible, especially if they intend to upgrade to Window 10.
The only thing the company says about this patch is that it is addressed to users who have already tried to install Window 10 and failed for a variety of reasons.
"This update enables support for additional upgrade scenarios from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, and provides a smoother experience if you need to restart the operating system due to certain conditions or inadequacies. This update also enhances Microsoft's ability to control (*) the quality of the upgrade experience. " explains Microsoft in the official description of the patch.
