Windows 7 or Windows 10? A new survey conducted by RiskBased Security and analyzes the vulnerabilities observed in 2016 reveals that last year, Microsoft patched a greater number of security holes compared to 2015. These bugs affected Internet Explorer, Edge and of course the Windows 10 operating system.
Specifically, the study shows that last year Microsoft corrected 729 as a total of vulnerabilities in its software, while 2015 repaired 703. This, of course, is more alarming, is that this number is almost double the number of vulnerabilities of 2014 when Microsoft found and fixed 383 security blanks.
Research also shows that Internet Explorer is still the Microsoft application with the largest number of vulnerabilities. An all-time chart shows that the company's browser so far has had 1.261 imperfections.
Surprisingly, Windows 10, which is crafted as the safest operating system of the company, was first in the 705 vulnerability debugging order. Windows 10 was released in July of 2015 and 2016 closed a year in the market.
Windows Server 2012 ranks third with 660 vulnerabilities, while Windows 7 is the fourth-largest 647 bug. Windows Vista is in fifth place with 621 security gaps being repaired.
It should be mentioned that Microsoft has stated that the upcoming builds of Windows 10 will be able to protect users from zero-days, even if there is no patch available. Recently, the company revealed that the Windows 10 Anniversary Update, released in August 2016, was able to counter attacks aimed at exploiting unpatched τρωτών σημείων στο operating system. So users of the operating system were safe before Microsoft released any fixes.
In addition, Microsoft has already started downgrading Windows 7, explaining that it is less safe λειτουργικό από τα Windows 10 αναφέροντας ότι τα characteristics 10 have all that is missing for obvious technical limitations of its predecessors.

To make a little bit of the devil's advocate, Microsoft once again promises without a hint and while the numbers say others. Of course, she tries with all these promises to promote her new product, and we have seen that she often uses totally unorthodox methods.
However, what can not define any research, no provision and no promise is the reaction of the opposite side. Microsoft may promise safer upcoming releases, but hackers asked them?
