Windows Insider without a Microsoft account

• Download it script from GitHub.
• Right click on it and select "run as administrator".
• The window that will open will display the available Windows Insider channels.
• Select “Dev Channel” by pressing the corresponding number and press the Enter key.
• Restart your system.

Then open Windows Update and click Check for Updates. The download will start downloading.

OfflineInsiderEnroll is a simple script and can be used on a device with a local account, but you must set the Telemetry to Full to be able to receive preview versions.
