Manage Wireless Networks (ManageWirelessNetworks) is a new free and portable application for Windows devices to manage wireless networks. Her new app Nirsoft it shows all known wireless network profiles, i.e. all the ones you've used in the past, and their interface while running.
You can use it, among other things, to delete wireless network profiles that you will not use again.
In terms of compatibility, ManageWirelessNetworks supports all versions of Windows from Windows Vista onwards, 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the operating system.
Each wireless profile displays the profile name and SSID, used for identification, as well as information about security features, creation times and more. The connection type reveals whether the connection attempts are (or were) automatic or manual.

- Change the SSID or profile name - the latter can be useful to add a more descriptive and easier-to-recognize name.
- Change the connection mode - automatic or manual.

- Copy one profile or copy it to another network profile.

You will not find any delete option in the context menu. Delete is available at the top of the main toolbar. Just select one or more network profiles and press the delete button (confirmation required). The positions of the remaining profiles are adjusted automatically when some profiles are deleted.
Profiles can be saved and you can also create reports, a standard feature of almost all Nirsoft applications. It has command line support, but only for storing wireless network profiles in one of the supported export file types, e.g. xml, html or json.
ManageWirelessNetworks is a handy program for a quick overview of all saved wireless network profiles on Windows computers. It is great for deleting old profiles on system and changing profile names for better identification.
