WinUpdatesView v1.00 is a program viewer of Windows Update History from Nirsoft, which says its name displays the Windows Update History on the running device.
As with all Nirsoft applications, is fully portable, meaning no installation and can be run from any location. Just download the file provided by Nirsoft, extract it and run the executable exe file. The program is offered as 32 versiont and 64 bit and is compatible with all versions of Microsoft's Windows operating system, from Windows XP to Windows 10.
The WinUpdatesView program displays all the updates that were installed on the system, all the updates that were not successfully installed, as well as uninstallations. Note that history is limited to this version of Windows. For Windows 10, this means that all updates since installing the latest feature update are listed.
The updates are listed in a table, by title, installation date description, installation method, update status, info links, support links, uninstall notes, category, and other additional information. The default sort order is based on the update title and not the most recent one. Clicking on a column header, e.g. date of installation, sort the table accordingly.
The panel color-coded the updates for easier identification. Green means successful, and yellow or red is the update not installed successfully.
The right-click menu has many interesting options: you can use it to open a support and information link on the Microsoft site for the selected update. You can use it to create HTML reports based on your choice, e.g. all failed updates or all uninstallations.
The program is fast enough and you can get it more info from edo.
