WIRED 2,3 million user files leaked

In December 2025, 2,3 million user records of WIRED magazine were published online, allegedly acquired by parent company Condé Nast.

The most recent data dates back to last September and contains email addresses and display names, as well as, for a small number of users, their name, phone number, date of birth, gender, and geographic location or full physical address.

The data from WIRED reportedly comes from a subset of the Condé Nast companies to which the hacker claims to have access.

Those affected by the leak should change their passwords immediately. If you want a reliable password manager that doesn't store your data online, we recommend Keepass.
