As we mentioned in previous publication Google now offers a free trial version of Workspace to every user.
So anyone with a Google Account can use it built-in platform Workspace (formerly known as G Suite) to work with applications productivity of the company.
The service essentially provides a more complete system for the use of Gmail, Chat, Calendar, Drive and Docs (Docs).
It will not revolutionize your experience, but it will allow you to access Google applications from a central location, instead of having to switch between them. Workspace also brings some extra features, such as smart document suggestions and the new "Spaces" chat rooms.
Google said the move "will make it easier for you to stay connected, get organized and achieve more if you are promoting an event, planning a family reunion, or discussing the book of your choice this month."
The company states how you can connect to Chat and how you can set up Workspace:
In gmail , click the Settings icon near the top of the page, and then "View all settings."
Click on "Chat and Meet", then turn on Google Chat.
Finally save the changes.
But if you want a more premium experience, and are willing to pay for Google's upcoming "Workspace Individual" subscription service, let's see what you can do.
The company states that this service will contain more characteristics, όπως “έξυπνες services κράτησης, βίντεο επαγγελματικών συναντήσεων, εξατομικευμένο μάρκετινγκ ηλεκτρονικού post officeand many more.”
Google has not yet revealed the prices of the upcoming service, and says it will be released "soon in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia and Japan."
