As we mentioned in previous publication η Google προσφέρει πλέον μια μερική έκδοση της υπηρεσίας workspace free to every user.
So anyone with a Google Account can use the built-in Workspace platform (formerly known as G Suite) to collaborate with the company's productivity applications.
The service essentially provides a more comprehensive system for using Gmail, Chat, Calendar, Drive and Docs.
It will not revolutionize your experience, but it will allow you to access Google applications from a central location, instead of having to switch between them. Workspace also brings some extra features, such as smart document suggestions and the new "Spaces" chat rooms.
Google said the move "will make it easier for you to stay connected, get organized and achieve more if you are promoting an event, planning a family reunion, or discussing the book of your choice this month."
The company states how you can connect to Chat and how you can set up Workspace:
In gmail , do click on the Settings icon near the top of the page, then “View all settings”.
Click on "Chat and Meet", then turn on Google Chat.
Finally save the changes.
But if you want a more premium experience, and are willing to pay for Google's upcoming "Workspace Individual" subscription service, let's see what you can do.
The company says that this service will contain more features such as “smart booking services, video business meetings, personalized e-marketing post officeand many more.”
Google hasn't yet revealed pricing for the upcoming service, saying it will launch "soon in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia and Japan".
