Microsoft seems to be constantly investing in the Your Phone app and more generally in integrating Android devices into the Windows 10.
The latest update to the Your Phone app allows Windows 10 users to have access in their phone contacts.
The new feature is in preview, which means it's not available for all devices and only Windows Insiders can try it.
Once enabled, the contacts section will appear in the Your Phone app and allow users to view their contact list, search for people, and view details such as phone number and any other information are stored for a specific entry.
In addition, the Your Phone app provides shortcuts for each contact to send a text or make a phone call call, so overall, Microsoft makes it much easier to work with contacts right from your desktop.
Your Phone app is evolving very fast and without a doubt, The biggest update is support for running Android apps from the surface work of Windows 10.
Microsoft like we mentioned in an earlier post, prepares to support Android applications in Windows 10 without the need for your "Your Phone" application.
The company hopes that this feature will be ready for the first time sometime next year.
