Microsoft has today confirmed the rumors that were previously published for a new version of its latest operating system, revealing Windows 8.1 with Bing (Windows 8.1 with Bing).
Τα Windows 8.1 with Bing θα είναι ακριβώς όπως τα Windows 8.1 Update, με μία σημαντική διαφορά: το Bing έχει οριστεί ως default searching machine at Internet Explorer. Users can still change this option from the IE browser settings, but OEMs will not be able to do so.
Also, something worth mentioning is that Windows 8.1 with Bing will not be sold on the market. This version will only be available on devices preinstalled with operating systems from companies that partner with Microsoft. Some of these devices, especially tablets, will be released with Office installed (Microsoft has not yet determined which version, but we assume Office 2013), or a one-year subscription to Office 365.
